aRTes Mid-Project Meeting in Madrid

The aRTes consortium will gather in Madrid for its Mid-Project Meeting on May 12-14, 2026, bringing together project partners to review progress, strengthen collaboration, and define the next steps towards the implementation of rooftop transformation solutions across Europe.

The meeting will focus on fostering a shared understanding of the project’s direction, while creating space for knowledge exchange and alignment across work packages. In this context, the first sessions will introduce the overall objectives of the meeting and encourage interaction among partners through collaborative activities aimed at mapping skills, expectations, and contributions within the consortium.

Building on this, discussions will move towards identifying key challenges and opportunities related to rooftop transformation, followed by interactive workshops exploring stakeholder engagement, collaboration networks, and co-creation processes. These activities aim to support a more integrated and coordinated approach to project implementation.

At the same time, the meeting will include a dedicated session on institutional engagement, bringing together different perspectives to reflect on the role of rooftops in shaping more sustainable and resilient urban environments. This exchange is expected to contribute to a broader dialogue on policy, innovation, and practical implementation.

In parallel, partners will further explore the interconnections between project components, using collaborative tools to better understand how different activities contribute to the overall objectives of aRTes. This process will support the alignment of efforts and help structure future actions more effectively.

As the meeting progresses, attention will shift towards long-term impact and strategic direction. Through collective reflection and forward-looking discussions, partners will define priorities and outline a shared vision for the future of the project. These sessions will also focus on strengthening coordination mechanisms and ensuring continuity in collaboration.

The Mid-Project Meeting represents a key milestone for aRTes, reinforcing collaboration across partners, supporting knowledge exchange, and advancing the project’s contribution to sustainable urban development through innovative rooftop solutions.
