VisualUrb is a digital platform that allows access to all properties and updated urban planning and environmental conditions information (urban planning laws, PGOUs or cadastre) and is presented in graphic format in an accessible and useful way. At the same time, it offers the initial data of works throughout the Spanish territory based on a data exploitation agreement with the General Council of Technical Architecture of Spain, which will allow measuring the CO₂ emission of a city. VisualUrb is a database that organizes urban planning regulations, environmental conditions, and works in Spain and applies them to the plots of each locality, facilitating access to information and simplifying the steps to know and locate plans with commercial urban planning interest.

 

The company team has been dedicated to the development of the VisualUrb platform 100% internally since 2017. It has a team of 15 people on staff, of which 12 are technical personnel: Computer Engineers, Surveying Engineers, Developers, Data Scientists, AI Specialists, Urban Planners, GIS Technicians, Digital Transformation Experts, Geographers, and Agricultural Engineers.

 

VisualUrb offers a daily update registry powered by the latest in artificial intelligence technology to guarantee reliable information and the most accurate reports by reading the 62 provincial and autonomous community bulletins of Spain, offering legal security in the information provided in real time. VisualUrb closes the urban and technology leadership circle with their group company, Ponce de León Abogados.
